"Superager" vs. "SuperLifer"

SuperSuperagers are recognized for their memorization skills. Then there are those I call SuperLifers who are recognized by how they live their lives. I play pickleball, take 2-8-mile hikes regularly, work out in the gym three times a week, read (the Bible) and write daily. I am constantly involved in family and social events, and yet (as Jean will attest) I am far from having a stellar memory. Remember me writing about looking for my reading glasses only to find them on my head?

What’s the use of having great memorization skills if you don’t do things worth remembering? Besides that, being a Superager has a lot to do with your DNA. Being a SuperLifer has to do with the choices you make. If I had been given a choice between being a Superarger or a SuperLifer (which I wasn't), I would choose SuperLifer.
