Everything that seems overwhelming, and even impossible can be accomplished by taking on a little at a time. Sometimes, life after 60 with its health issues, loss of loved ones, feelings of loneliness, and for some even financial problems can seem overwhelming. So how do you handle it? One Day at a time.

I am starting a new segment called “Daily Bites.” It’s a seven-second philosophy that has helped me get through the challenges that come with this season of life and live it to the utmost. WHY 7? In the Bible, “seven” often symbolizes completion; in other words, “enough said.” OK, so today, it will take 30 seconds.

Today’s Daily Bite: The ability to change and grow after sixty separates those who enjoy life from those who fear it. (Ephesians 4:20-24) I would appreciate hearing your thoughts about today's bite.
