Quick Survey: Would you classify yourself as a “Superager”?
Or what I call a “SuperLifer”?
Superagers are celebrated for their memory skills.
Superlifers are distinguished by how they live their lives. I enjoy pickleball, take 2- to 4-mile hikes regularly, work out in the gym 3-4 times a week, and write regularly on this site. I play a fierce game of “Hands and Foot,” and don’t even get me started on Mexican Train Dominoes. I am also consistently involved in family events and love new adventures with friends.
What’s the point of having excellent memorization
If you don’t do things worth remembering?
Yet, my memory skills aren’t that great.... “What was I talking about again?” Oh yeah, I figure, what’s the point of having excellent memorization if you don’t do things worth remembering? Plus, you have no say-so when it comes to being a Superager; it mostly depends on your DNA. Being a SuperLifer depends on the choices you make. I choose to be a SuperLifer.
Superlifers have what I call a “Holyistic” (ho-lee-is-tic) approach to life that seeks to make the most of their physical, mental, social, and spiritual health, REGARDLESS of what is happening to their bodies and minds.
So, what are you, a Superager or a SuperLifer? You are never too old to become a "SuperLifer”!
If you haven’t signed up yet, you can do so at the top of the page and get my next post about a middle-aged, single “SuperLifer” who loves Jesus, competed in the Mrs. Georgia and Mrs. Florida bodybuilding competitions, and is still making a difference in people’s lives.
