A friend of mine reminded me that the second Friday of January is often referred to as "Quitter's Day".  It's the day when "most people" are likely to give up on their New Year's decision to exercise.

This works for me...

  1. Show Up

  2. You Can Always Quit tomorrow

  3. Repeat.
